Craig Atkinson - Managing Director

I have extensive senior management experience in the HR and recruitment industry with over 20 years experience working for market leaders in New Zealand, Australia and Russia. I have worked at general manager level for 12
years managing international business operations.
I have a solid track record in establishing and expanding HR and recruitment businesses with a strong focus on customer service, innovation and results. This level of exposure has reinforced with me the need for companies to implement and maintain solid best practice HR procedures
and policies in order to remain competitive and market leaders.
I am committed to providing EQ clients with pragmatic and effective HR solutions to improve organisational effectiveness and profitability. I specialise in the area of recruitment and performance management and am qualified to provide a wide range of psychometrical assessments and
company surveys to ensure you have the right people in the right positions. With over 20 years business and management experience, my advice always has a strong commercial focus to ensure our customers receive practical HR solutions that positively impact the bottom line of
the business.
Vivienne Patterson - Director

As a founding Director of EQ I have had extensive operational HR experience in both the public and private sectors. The time working in the health sector exposed me to complex multi occupational and unionised environments. As Industrial Relations
Advisor to the Ministry of Health, I had a unique opportunity to understand the pressures experienced by both employers and unions during major national multi employer negotiations and industrial action.
Further industry experience in IT, education and more recently consulting to a wide range of small and medium enterprises has provided me with the basis to initiate and develop the EQ HR Toolkit. Consulting has been provided in all aspects of HR including; recruitment,
performance management, team development, dispute resolution, change management and strategic planning. Mentoring and coaching is an important aspect of supporting our clients who are growing in confidence in managing their own internal HR issues.
I am passionate about providing practical business focused HR solutions and this is reflected in the user friendly approach to the product .
Steve Kennedy - Director

Steve has 18 years Recruitment and HR experience in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. His recent role, as General Manager, was with one of the largest Recruitment and HR practices in New Zealand, which employed 1500 people. Steve has
extensive experience in developing Workforce Solutions for both large and small organizations, company restructuring, developing and executing company performance improvement programs (Human Resource and Service Delivery related) plus has extensive experience in work and coaching sales
teams across multiple countries.
